Vitamin E? What the heck is that?
Vitamin E... So little known is this vitamin. We have all heard of vitamin c, vitamin d or multi-vitamins, but have we rarely been told to take our vitamin E. Everybody needs Vitamni E. This is a vitamin that provides the life we need in the tissues of our bodies. The tissues in our eyes, liver, skin and lungs. Vitamin E provides protection to our lungs from the pollutants in the air. It is vitally important for the formation of red blood cells, and red blood cells are what carries oxygen to all the vital organs in our bodies. Foods that provide a good source of vitamin E include: wheat germ, leafy green vegetables, egg yolks, nuts, seds, and whole grains. So pay attention to what you are eating, and be sure you are getting your dose of Vitamin E. |
