Ways to enjoy Disney World
Vacation time is upon all of us and now is the time to decide where we are going. I have been going to Disney World since 1977 and have seen this, or should I say the Orlando area explode over the years. They can say what they want about it being a family destination spot, because family or not Orlando and Disney are great for all ages. If you are considering going to Disney and have not been there before, heed this advise...Stay in Disney, on Disney property. Staying on Disney property will make the experience so much better, and believe me it is an experience you do not want to miss. Staying on a Disney owned property will entitle you to transportation around the parks, early entry into the parks, and late night stay in the parks. The late nights are best! The crowds are all gone, the lines are way down, and the enjoyment goes way up. I must say, that some of the best most memorable times with my children are the late evenings with the crowds gone. Other advantages include dinner show reservations in advance of others and the transportation provided between parks. Keep in mind, and this is an imporatant note, that staying on a Disney property does not mean that you are spending more. The prices are very reasonable, and if you compare apples to apples, the price for accomadations are the same. You are not penalized, but rewarded for staying on one of the Disney properties. Even when staying on a Disney property, you can still enjoy all the other attractions in the Orlando area.
Every attraction is with in a cab ride away, every hotel has a cab waiting to service your transportation needs. Want to go play golf? Go to Sea World? or how about Universal Stidios?...all just a cab ride away. So, while thinking of you summer plans...do not leave out the Orlando Disney area, you will be very happy you went there, and even more happy if you stay on a Disney property.
